If you are desperate to lose fat from face and other areas, such as your neck, you are definitely not by yourself.  Many people find that, even with exercise and hard work, the chubby areas of one’s face and neck are the slowest to respond to weight loss.  This can be frustrating when you want the world to see you for what you are, and not for your imperfections.
